Refund policy

Octane Republic Die Cast And Hobbies has a 7-day refund and replacement policy in place to provide our clients with extra peace of mind.
To be eligible for a refund/replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a refund or a replacement item you can contact us at octanerepublicdiecast@outlook.com. If your request is accepted, the damaged or defective item will need to sent back to us, our team will provide all the relevant details.

- Items will only be considered for a refund or replacement if said item is damaged.
- Proof of purchase for and photographs of the damaged item will be required.
- Sealed items with factory defects can only be refunded/replaced if the manufacturer/supplier agrees - each manufacturer/supplier has different criteria for factory defective items which is beyond the control of Octane Republic Die Cast And Hobbies (PTY) LTD.
- Items/parcels which have been damaged, lost or stolen while in transit to you (the client) will NOT qualify for a refund or replacement. Once items and parcels leave our facility, they become the responsibility of the courier service selected.
- Gift cards do not qualify for a refund or replacement - once gift cards are processed, they can't be reversed.
- In the event of an item or parcel getting lost or stolen, shipping and courier fees will NOT be refunded.
