NOTICE: Octane Republic Diecast And Hobbies is not liable or responsible for any loss, damage, theft or otherwise while parcels are in transit to you. Once orders leave our facility, they are placed in the care of the selected courier/shipping service and therefore become the sole responsibility of the courier/shipping service selected.

Octane Republic Diecast And Hobbies is NOT liable or responsible for any loss, damage or theft while in transit to you - therefore no replacement goods or refunds will be given on uninsured parcels.

 

DISPATCH POLICY

We understand the excitement of ordering a new product for your diecast collection - but we won't keep you waiting. At Octane Republic Diecast & Hobbies we work quickly and efficiently to ensure your orders are delivered as quickly as possible.

 

ALL order placed via our website (www.octanerep.com) will be dispatched within 1-3 working days - UNLESS the order contains pre order items or items on back order.

PLEASE NOTE: To ensure our clients receive the best products in the best condition - ALL items are thoroughly inspected for defects or damage before being packaged and dispatched to you.

Items sealed in a solid box or wrapped in cellophane WILL NOT be opened or unsealed for inspection prior to packaging and dispatch.

 

BUILD A BOX POLICY

Do you want to order numerous items over a period of time but want to save on shipping costs? We've got you covered with the "build a box" option.

 

Our "build a box" option allows you to place a number of orders with us, fill up your box and ship altogether - saving you money and time.

 

• ALL boxes must be shipped within 120 days (4 months) of the first order being placed. Failure to ship boxes within this time frame will result in the contents of the box falling into the unclaimed goods category and therefore all goods will be resold. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN

• Ordered items will be placed into your box once FULL payment has been received.

• Upon shipping your box - ALL outstanding/applicable shipping costs need to be PAID IN FULL before dispatch takes place.
