SHIPPING RATES

At Octane Republic Die Cast And Hobbies we offer our clients the following cost effective & convenient shipping options:

  • Pudo Locker To Locker (Medium - Large Parcel) - R80 Per Parcel (Estimated Price Time: 2 - 4 Working Days)
  • PostNet To PostNet Courier (Small - Medium Parcel) - R110 Per Parcel (Estimated Delivery Time: 2 - 3 Working Days)
  • PostNet To PostNet Courier (Large Parcel) - R150 Per Parcel (Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 Working Days)
  • The Courier Guy Local Delivery - R95 Per Flyer Bag (Johannesburg & surrounding area's only)
  • The Courier Guy National Delivery - R140 - R200 Per Box (Weight Dependent)
IF Pudo or Postnet courier is your desired shipping method - PLEASE remember to include the relevant Pudo locker details or Postnet store details in the "NOTES" box on the checkout page to AVOID any delays
DISPATCH POLICY

• All parcels will be dispatched within 7-10 working days AFTER full payment has been received.

• Parcels being shipped via The Courier Guy will be collected from our facility every Wednesday only.

• Parcels being shipped via Postnet will be dropped off at our nearest Postnet store every Tuesday & Thursday only.

• Parcels being shipped via Pudo will be dropped off at our nearest Pudo locker when free space is available in the lockers.
PLEASE NOTE: To ensure all our clients get the best items in the best condition, ALL items are thoroughly inspected before being dispatched. Items sealed in a box or wrapped in cellophane will NOT be opened or unsealed for inspection.

ALL orders placed with Octane Republic Die Cast And Hobbies will be individually wrapped in bubble wrap and dispatched in a high quality cardboard box to ensure your parcel will arrive in good condition.

BUILDING A BOX POLICY

All clients of Octane Republic Die Cast And Hobbies are most welcome to "build a box" with us - the following policies do apply.

  • ALL boxes must be shipped or collected within 90 days (3 months) of the first item being placed in said box. Failure to ship or collect boxes will result in its contents falling into the unclaimed goods category and therefore all goods will be resold. NO refund will be given on paid goods.

  • ALL items need to be paid in full in order for said item to be added to your box.

  • Upon shipment, if a large box or two boxes is required, any extra shipping costs will be charged and will need to be paid by you (the client).

    SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Octane Republic Die Cast & Hobbies CAN’T be held liable for or accept any responsibility for any form of loss or damage caused to items or parcels while in transit to you. Once items are dispatched and leave our facility, they are placed in the care of and become the sole responsibility of the courier service selected.

• Parcels are NOT automatically insured, but parcels can be insured on request and at extra cost - please enquire with us.
